*By commissioning me, you agree to the terms of service listed below

✧ For personal use ONLYPrices & Fees✧ Half price must be paid before I begin✧ Price will decrease if past deadline (5$ a week till 15$)✧ Piece shall be delivered once customer has paid full priceCopyright & Usage✧ I reserve all rights on my art✧ I have the right to use the piece for anything✧ I have the right to post the piece unless the customer has requested otherwise✧ Customer must leave credit if they post the piece on any platform✧ Using my art for AI, NFTS or any blockchain technology is ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITEDProduct Delivery✧ Piece will be delivered digitally through a google drive file, one with watermark and one without.✧ Piece will be sent as a .png✧ Files will be sent if requested as well✧ I am not responsible of any damage or loss of the piece after it has been deliveredRevisions✧ Customer allowed 3 revisions during sketch stage only.✧ Reasonable minor edits are allowed (i.e, fixing colors).Refund Policy✧ Customer may ask for refunds during sketch stage only.✧ Will send a refund during any stage if piece is not complete due to any difficulties on my side in which I have the right not to disclose.✧ Customer has the right to request a full refund if no progress is made after more than 2 months✧ Customer must contact me in a fast and responsive manner, responding swiftly to any requests for comments, opinions, validation of progress etc. Lack of timely communication on behalf of the customer will have all progress paused on the piece and price decrease past deadline shall be terminated.Cancelations✧ I have the right to refuse the commission if it makes me uncomfortable.✧ Any disrespectful behavior may result in an immediate cancelation with no refunds and I have the right to refuse any future commissions from said customer.
